By commissioning me, you have agreed to all of my t.o.s agreement stated in this webpage and I will NOT be held responsible if you, the client did not read before commissioning.

The Client

All commissions are meant for Personal use only. Please consult the artist for Commerical prices.
A detailed description and/or reference images of OC/Concept is a MUST. Additional fees may incur due to complexity of the character or setting and is up to the artist's discretion. Client will be informed before the start of the commission.
May request up to 3 revisions during sketch phase, this does not include drastic changes such as changing the requested character, outfit, poses and setting. Artist reserves the right to reject any of the changes requested and will charge extra if needed.
Any changes after the sketch phase will be charged.
May upload the commission to their social media with credits with watermarked ver.
May use the commission for streams in which have to be discussed with the artist beforehand and include credits.
Is not allowed to claim the artwork as their own and either reproduce/ sell them as NFT or merchandise.
A partial refund can be requested with a proper reason and amount will be dependent on the progress of the commission. Full refund is only available when artist have not started on the commission.

The Artist

Reserve the rights to reject any commissions/ trades if artist feels that it is impossible to meet client's standard/schedule.
Reserve the right to use the commission as I see fit and upload to social media on artist's discretion unless requested, but only for social media.
Reserves the right to reject a refund for a commission that has been completed & delivered.
Reserves the right to cancel & refund a commission under special circumstances

✦Payment✦

Payment

Commission prices are in USD & I'm accepting payment through Ko-fi only.
Work will commence once payment is received & updates can be found at my trello status.
Any additional fees will be charged after the main payment has been done and client will be given the HQ art after payment has been done.
Please tip me through Ko-fi as well as 5% will go to paypal if you do it from there!

✦Workflow✦

Note: As I am a full-time worker, the commission will take either days or weeks to finish depending on my schedule. Commission will take at most 3 months and should there be no any significant progress done, a refund can be requested

Filling up form	Please fill up the form HERE I will confirm whether I accept/reject your commission in regards to my capability/availability.
Payment upfront	Clients are required to make payment within 72 hours of confirmation of your commission in which payment are to be done via Ko-fi commission tab.
Sketch + Color check	I will send sketches + color of the commission for your checking and I will accept up to 3 revisions here. Any revision on the character/pose will be charged additionally except for Background.
Final	After approval, I will send you HQ file via Google drive link to you for your download.
